Full Job Description
Must be local to OKC or willing to relocate - This position requires on-site presence 5 days per week (not hybrid or remote).

Serve as the executive responsible for the identification, development, implementation, and management of AFA's security strategies and programs.

Responsible for oversight and strategic implementation/coordination of Cyber, Physical and Digital Security by providing an integrated security governance infrastructure. Work with the President, Information Technology, Business Units, the Property Company, and Human Resources to establish policies and procedures to advance, automate and monitor various aspects of the integrated security approach.

Responsible for ensuring the security function adds value to the business and gives it a competitive advantage, in the context of the organization's strategic plans and budget directives and proper prioritization. Forge strong and secure relationships between departments to allow for smooth operations, free from security vulnerabilities, worry, and friction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required; Master's degree preferred. Area of study: in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Security Management, Information Systems Management and/or Criminal Justice

  • At least 3-5 years of direct experience in a significant leadership role. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage the functional capital and expense budget


  • At least 10-15 years of experience in private sector corporate security or related public-sector organization

  • Facilitate the use of traditional and advanced scenario planning techniques in assessing risks and threats to the organization.


  • Understand how to successfully network and develop working relationships with key individuals in staff and line positions throughout the organization.
