  • Maintain governance mechanisms that create visibility, reduce duplication, and reinforce clear ownership across the Partner Growth operating model.

Cross-Tower Alignment & Decision Support
  • Create an integrated view of priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions across Partner Sales, Partner Execution & Insights, and Strategy & Solutioning.
  • Identify handoff gaps, overlap, escalation needs, and decision points that require Executive Managing Director attention.
  • Support leadership alignment by synthesizing inputs from tower leaders into clear options, recommendations, and tradeoffs.

Executive Readiness & Communications
  • Prepare the Executive Managing Director, North America Partner Growth for executive meetings, partner discussions, governance forums, and internal leadership engagements.
  • Develop concise briefing materials, talking points, decision summaries, and communications that clearly convey priorities, progress, risks, and asks.
  • Help translate Partner Growth priorities into clear narratives for senior leadership, Global stakeholders, BU leaders, and strategic partners.

Strategic Priority Tracking & Issue Escalation
  • Track the Executive Managing Director's highest-priority initiatives across the Partner Growth organization and maintain visibility into status, owners, blockers, and next decisions required.
  • Proactively surface risks, misalignment, resource constraints, and execution gaps that could slow progress or create confusion across towers.
  • Drive follow-through on leadership commitments while ensuring accountable tower owners retain responsibility for execution, insights, sales activation, strategy, and solutioning deliverables.

Success Measures
  • The Executive Managing Director, North America Partner Growth has a clear, current view of organizational priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
  • Leadership meetings and governance forums are disciplined, decision-oriented, and tied to accountable follow-through.
  • Partner Sales, Partner Execution & Insights, and Strategy & Solutioning operate with clearer handoffs, fewer overlaps, and stronger cross-tower alignment.
  • Executive communications and briefing materials are concise, accurate, and aligned to the Partner Growth narrative.
  • Escalations, blockers, and decision points are surfaced early and resolved efficiently.
  • The Chief of Staff increases operating leverage for the Executive Managing Director without duplicating tower-level ownership or deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in business operations, program management, consulting, chief of staff, alliances, technology services, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively with senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong executive communications skills, including briefing development, meeting preparation, decision summaries, and leadership messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to build operating cadence, governance mechanisms, action tracking, and escalation processes.
