  • Help improve how the executive team operates through better planning, decision making, and follow through
  • Partner closely with various business leaders across the organization to accelerate initiatives, remove roadblocks, and ensure teams are aligned by removing friction between teams, clarifying priorities, resolving dependencies, and improving communication
  • Build trust across organizations without relying on formal authority
  • Lead confidential and high priority CEO initiatives including partnerships, organizational design, investor preparation, board materials, and business transformation efforts
  • Help create clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Partner with People Ops and Talent Acquisition teams to support leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design
  • Represent the CEO in select areas and initiatives as needed
  • Anticipate business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and proactively provide insights and recommendations

Who you are:
  • You combine strategic thinking with practical execution
  • You're comfortable discussing market expansion, financial performance, organizational design, and execution details
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, project management, business operations, or related leadership roles; preferably within the digital media, technology, or subscription space
