Role Summary
The Chief of Staff (CoS) as a strategic partner to CxO and senior leadership, driving governance, executive communication, and data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on structured leadership reporting, dashboarding, and cross-functional alignment to ensure effective execution of business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership Support & Governance
• Act as a trusted advisor, supporting leadership on strategic priorities and execution tracking
• Drive governance cadence (weekly/monthly reviews), including agendas, action tracking, and decision support
• Manage and standardize project charters, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and budgets across initiatives
• Lead cross-functional alignment meetings to track progress and resolve RAID items
2. Executive Communication
• Develop executive-ready briefings, leadership updates, and business review presentations
• Translate complex technical and operational inputs into clear, concise insights
• Publish structured communications (e.g., workstream newsletters, milestone updates) for leadership visibility
• Ensure consistent messaging across leadership forums and stakeholder groups
3. Dashboard & Reporting
• Build and manage executive dashboards (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI) to track KPIs, risks, and progress
• Automate reporting and maintain data grids for real-time visibility into programs (e.g., application migration, TSA/ISA tracking)
• Consolidate monthly/quarterly data, validate KPI performance, and investigate outliers
• Provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making
4. Program & Initiative Management
• Drive execution of cross-functional programs, including technical transformation initiatives
• Track milestones for critical programs (e.g., migration, exit strategies) ensuring alignment with timelines and funding
• Support leadership with structured analysis, action tracking, and escalation of risks/dependencies
• Deliver time-sensitive and ad hoc leadership requests with high accuracy and quality
5. Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business, technology, and finance teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
• Act as a liaison between leadership and delivery teams across global workspaces
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
6. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
• Develop and maintain SOPs to standardize workflows and ensure compliance adherence
• Apply Lean methodologies to streamline tools, reporting systems (e.g., Smartsheet), and data structures
• Eliminate redundancies and optimize workspace architecture for efficiency and scalability
• Establish templates, playbooks, and reporting standards for consistent governance
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong executive communication and storytelling capability
• Expertise in dashboards, reporting tools (Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel)
• Experience managing governance cadence, RAID logs, and KPI tracking
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into leadership insights
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Experience in technical program management, product management, or PMO roles
Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $125,000 Per Annum
