Job DescriptionStrategic Leadership & Executive Partnership- Partner directly with the VP to operationalize organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and long-term business objectives.
- Anticipate executive questions, concerns, risks, and organizational pain points while proactively developing recommendations and action plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and force multiplier for the VP and leadership team by driving alignment, accountability, and execution rigor across the organization.
- Hold self and partner organizations accountable to the high operational and performance bar established within OCI.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations & Organizational Effectiveness- Lead business operations programs for Capacity Planning and Management organization.
- Establish and continuously improve operational best practices, forecasting mechanisms, tooling strategies, reporting frameworks, and organizational rhythms.
- Identify business process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and organizational changes needed to support a healthy, scalable organization.
- Drive leadership accountability for execution against organizational priorities, deliverables, and operational commitments.
Program & Cross-Functional Execution- Lead special projects and cross-cutting strategic programs spanning engineering, infrastructure, supply chain, product, and operations teams.
- Drive complex initiatives through influence across highly matrixed organizations without direct reporting authority.
- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and execution tracking across multiple concurrent strategic programs.
Executive Communications & Reporting- Deliver executive-level reporting including program summaries, business reviews, product documentation, business requirements, roadmap updates, release plans, and operational metrics.
- Establish executive operating rhythms including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), staff meetings, and leadership updates.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
Organizational Development & Operational Excellence- Develop operational strategies, governance mechanisms, and policies that improve scalability, consistency, and execution quality across the organization.
- Act as an educator, mentor, and evangelist for industry best practices, operational excellence, and OCI core values.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that elevate organizational maturity, execution discipline, and leadership effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and customer obsession.
