Chief of Staff Business Planner
Description -Leads business operations and execution for HP Solutions Chief of Staff Office, enabling the achievement of strategic priorities through effective planning, governance, and operational excellence. Collaborates with senior leadership to drive business performance, establish operating cadences, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment across the organization. Oversee key processes, compliance, and transformation efforts while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accelerate execution, and support organizational objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead operational execution of HP Solutions strategic priorities and annual goals.
- Establish and manage business operating rhythms, governance processes, and leadership cadences.
- Enable alignment and execution across the HP Solutions leadership team, L2 Chiefs of Staff, and key stakeholders.
- Lead business planning activities, performance tracking, and operational reviews.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and special projects that support business transformation and growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with HP policies, processes, and governance requirements.
- Oversee management and adoption of HP Solutions AI tools and related operational processes.
- Monitor organizational priorities, risks, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans as needed.
- Facilitate alignment across teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategic priorities.
Education & Experience Recommended- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience.

The pay range for this role is
$130,700 to
$205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
