About the Job: The Chief of Staff serves as an extension of the CEO and a strategic support partner to the Leadership Teamto drive execution on Arcoro's highest-priority initiatives and strengthen cross-functional alignment, accountability, and follow-through. Owns the acceleration of the value creation plan.
This is an initiative-scoped role, not a functional oversight position. The CoS operates as a trusted extension of the CEO-coordinating across teams, driving accountability on shared priorities, pressure-testing decisions, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Functional leaders retain clear ownership of their domains.
What You'll Do
Initiative Portfolio Management
- Own tracking, visibility, and accountability cadence across Arcoro's full initiative portfolio; give the CEO a real-time view without being the one to maintain it
- Identify blockers and at-risk initiatives early; drive resolution
- Take direct ownership of high-priority cross-functional initiatives without a natural single owner
- Structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, and metrics
CEO Thought Partnership & Leverage
- Act as a thought partner on strategic and operational topics; pressure-test decisions, not just summarize
- Synthesize inputs from across the business into decision-ready outputs
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all key engagements with relevant context and recommendations
Board, Investor & Company Meeting Preparation
- Own end-to-end board meeting preparation: non-financial narrative, materials coordination, and PE sponsor reporting
- Lead preparation for company-wide meetings; support Value Creation Plan updates and investor communications
Quarterly & Strategic Planning
- Own the operating cadence for quarterly planning: process design, cross-functional input coordination, and output documentation (in coordination with our EOS implementer)
- Design and facilitate leadership offsites, EOS sessions, and annual strategy retreats; partner with Finance on AOP
AI Transformation
- Serve as a key driver of Arcoro's AI agenda across internal operations and external product and positioning initiatives
- Translate AI strategy into executable initiatives with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics
Candidates must bring genuine AI fluency. This is not a nice-to-have.

Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years in operational, cross-functional, or strategic roles; demonstrated success driving complex initiatives with high autonomy
- Experience in or adjacent to PE-backed environments strongly preferred
- SaaS, HCM, or B2B software background a plus; hands-on AI fluency required
Salary Range:$175,000-$200,000 (or more for the exceptional candidate)
