Summary: Strategic partner to the President of the RIA business responsible for driving enterprise execution across M&A, investment platform oversight, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities: - Strategic Execution
- Translate RIA priorities into actionable plans; drive cross-functional execution and accountability across leadership teams
- M&A Leadership
- Support CEO with deal pipeline: sourcing, diligence, negotiation, and execution.
- Lead post-close integration and manage relationships with acquired firm principals to ensure retention and performance
- Investment Platform Oversight
- Provide governance across manager selection, due diligence, and portfolio construction
- Partner with investment leadership on platform evolution, including alternatives and UHNW solutions
- Organizational Leadership
- Support leadership effectiveness, team performance, and key HR-related escalations
- Partner with HR on org design, succession, and talent strategy
- Compliance & Risk
- Ensure alignment with SEC requirements and enterprise risk standards
- Partner with Legal/Compliance on governance, policies, and audit readiness
- Organic Growth
- Contribute to AUM growth strategy across advisor channels and regions
- Leverage relationships and referral channels (RIA, UHNW, custodians)
- Enterprise Coordination (Osaic)
- Serve as the primary escalation point to Osaic for deal execution and key initiatives, ensuring alignment and proactively removing barriers to delivery
Education Requirements: Bachelor's and an Advanced degree are required.
Basic Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate progress effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capability.
- Proficiency in standard office software; willingness to learn financial planning tools.
- Professionalism and client-first orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Requirements: - Experience in financial services or client service roles.
- Expert Level understanding of investment and planning concepts.
