The Chief Medical Officer at Atrium Health Cabarrus will engage and integrate with the Executive Team and Medical Staff to champion and advance the strategies of the System including those in Quality and Patient Experience, Transformation Operations and Integrated System of Care.

Position Accountabilities:

Quality and patient safety goals as defined by the QCC and Strategy A3s. Experience goals including patient, teammate and physician engagement. Physician relations, development, peer review and mentoring. Engage in System initiatives outside the facility as requested.
