Chief Information Officer
M&R Printing Equipment Inc. in Roselle, IL seeks Chief Information Officer. Support the development of the company's strategic plan and future growth. Direct the company's overall technical vision and development. Collaborate with department leaders to assess and understand IT needs. Communicate regularly with senior leadership on IT initiatives, progress, challenges, and priorities. Oversee the implementation of a new ERP system. Continuously evaluate new technologies, equipment, and processes, and recommending or implementing improvements as appropriate. Manage the department's annual budgets. Ensure the security of all proprietary company data and maintaining disaster recovery and backup protocols. Advise other department heads on the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Provide leadership and guidance to department heads in alignment with the company's culture, mission, and values. Create, maintain, and enforce written policies and procedures regarding all IT operations company-wide. Review records to measure department productivity, quality of output, and cost of service, and developing strategies for continuous improvement. Evaluate and manage IT service providers and vendors.
Travel: 10% travel required domestically and internationally for tradeshows when needed
Job Requirements: Must possess 5 years of experience in an executive role. Must also possess experience with (i) Enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable system design supporting global business operations; (ii) Cybersecurity, data protection, and enterprise security frameworks to safeguard proprietary business data; (iii) Data governance, enterprise data management, and business intelligence platforms supporting operational decision-making; (iv) Software development practices, DevOps methodologies, and deployment automation within enterprise environments; (v) IT infrastructure operations including networks, servers, endpoints, and enterprise systems; (vi) ERP systems, enterprise application portfolio management, and system integrations supporting manufacturing operations; and (vii) technical knowledge of screen printing equipment, production workflows, and digital systems used in screen printing production environments. Salary Range: $240,000-$260,000
