Chief Growth OfficerScottsdale, AZ (Onsite or Hybrid)We're looking for a
visionary, driven, and self-directed Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to architect and execute Tribal Health's strategic growth plan. This role is not for passive operators-it's for
a builder who thrives on creating opportunities, not waiting for them. You'll drive expansion across our core business in federal and tribal healthcare facilities, while leading the charge into new state and private-sector verticals.
This is a
key executive role reporting directly to the CEO, with direct oversight of our Business Development and Account Management teams. The CGO will be responsible for shaping market strategy, building scalable client acquisition models, and ensuring consistent, high-impact revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities•
Design and lead Tribal Health's growth strategy across federal, tribal, state, and private healthcare markets.
• Own and expand the
new business pipeline-from lead gen through closing-across all relevant sectors.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing
BD and AM teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead
contract negotiation efforts with federal and tribal governments, healthcare systems, and private partners.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and represent the company at industry events and government briefings.
• Oversee all
revenue-generating functions; ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Identify and assess
new service line opportunities and bring them to market in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure delivery and sustainability of services.
What We're Looking For• 10+ years in progressive leadership roles in business development, sales, or growth strategy-
preferably in healthcare staffing, federal contracting, or government services.• Proven track record of
scaling teams and revenue in B2G (Business to Government) and/or B2B environments.
• Expertise in
federal healthcare contracting (IHS, VA, DoD, etc.) and/or commercial healthcare systems is a strong plus.
• A natural
leader, closer, and strategist-not a follower. You must thrive in ambiguity and build systems, not wait for them.
• Exceptional skills in
negotiation, client acquisition, and market development.Compensation & Bonus• Base Salary: $185,000 - $240,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary
- Based on achievement of new revenue goals, team performance, and strategic milestones
• Full benefits package including healthcare, retirement, and PTO
• Travel: Up to 30%
