  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Santé's financial position and diversify revenue beyond government funding

Accounting Operations
  • Personally lead monthly close processes, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Oversee full accounting operations for a multi-site organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and financial integrity
  • Lead annual audit preparation and execution

Grants, Medicaid & Compliance
  • Manage grant and government funding compliance including Medicaid reimbursement, state and county contracts, federal grants, and restricted funding
  • Partner with Program Leadership, HR, and other stakeholders to support billing accuracy, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Ensure financial practices align with HIPAA, Medicaid, and licensing requirements

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and develop a lean, capable finance team
  • Translate financial concepts into plain language for non-financial leaders and staff
  • Stay current on healthcare and nonprofit finance trends

What We Require:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited college or university, AND senior financial leadership experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, or social services organization. Hands-on operational CFO (or equivalent) experience with grants, Medicaid, or government-funded environments strongly preferred. CPA or Master's degree a plus.
