Position Summary

Three Notch Group is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a trusted executive advisor and business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. The CFO will provide enterprise-wide financial leadership while supporting the organization's long-term growth, operational excellence, mergers and acquisitions strategy, and overall business performance. This position is responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, accounting operations, treasury management, enterprise risk management, ERP systems optimization, and financial governance while fostering innovation, accountability, and scalable growth across the organization.

The essential functions of the CFO are to:

Internal Process Perspective:

This perspective focuses on the internal processes, systems, and operational leadership required to support sustainable growth, organizational effectiveness, and financial integrity. 1. Provide leadership and oversight of all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance functions.

2. Lead ERP systems strategy, optimization, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

3. Oversee annual audits, review engagements, and coordination with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial partners.

4. Establish and maintain effective internal controls, governance practices, and financial policies to safeguard company assets.

5. Lead Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives, including operational, financial, cybersecurity, and business continuity risks.

6. Support acquisition activities including financial due diligence, transaction support, and post-acquisition integration.

7. Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives utilizing automation, analytics, and emerging technologies including AI.

8. Follow policies and procedures set forth in the Three Notch Group Employee Handbook.

9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field required.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated mergers and acquisitions experience, including acquisition integration.
• Experience leading Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives.
• Strong ERP systems and enterprise reporting experience.
• Experience with treasury management, banking relationships, and cash flow strategy.
• Experience overseeing audits and review engagements.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies, automation tools, and financial analytics platforms preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
• Valid driver's license.
