POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

As our business continues to expand through strategic acquisitions, infrastructure investment, and cross-border growth, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strong financial leadership in support of our long-term objectives. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will provide enterprise-wide financial leadership across our multi-location, asset-intensive organization, supporting disciplined growth, operational excellence, and sound risk management.

The CFO will oversee all aspects of our financial management, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, capital management, and enterprise reporting. Beyond core financial responsibilities, this role will act as a strategic partner to our executive leadership team-providing clear, timely, and actionable insights to inform decision-making and support sustainable value creation.

A key priority for our incoming CFO will be leading a significant financial and operational systems modernization initiative, including the evaluation and implementation of a new ERP platform. This effort will be critical to enhancing financial visibility and strengthening operational decision-making as we continue to grow.
