Description

Position Summary
Reporting to the Managing Partner, Executive Committee, and physician shareholders the ideal candidate is a proven healthcare executive with strong financial and business acumen, experience managing complex physician organizations, and the ability to lead multiple locations, service lines, and business entities.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the overall strategic, operational, and financial performance of the organization.
* Partner with physician shareholders and the Executive Committee on organizational strategy, growth, and major business decisions.
* Oversee multiple clinical locations, ancillary service lines, and affiliated entities.
* Provide strong financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, capital planning, and financial reporting.
* Drive revenue growth, expense management, operational efficiency, and profitability.
* Oversee key support functions, including operations, finance, revenue cycle, human resources, information technology, and business development.
* Monitor and improve provider productivity, patient access, revenue cycle performance, ancillary utilization, and operational KPIs.
* Evaluate new service lines, growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and investments.
* Build, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing executive and management team.
* Foster effective communication and alignment between physician owners and organizational leadership.
* Ensure appropriate governance, compliance, risk management, and financial controls across the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including significant senior executive responsibility.
* Demonstrated experience leading a complex, multi-site healthcare or physician practice organization.
* Strong financial background with the ability to understand and manage financial statements, budgets, cash flow, profitability, capital investments, and multiple business entities.
* Experience working directly with physician owners, boards, or executive committees.
* Experience in orthopaedics, surgical specialties, physician practice management, ambulatory surgery, or related healthcare services strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated success in improving financial and operational performance and leading organizational growth or transformation.
* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
