Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering operations including building maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals through training and performance evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards.
• Manage departmental budgets and capital expenditure projects effectively.
• Respond to and resolve emergency maintenance issues swiftly.
• Coordinate maintenance with other hotel departments for smooth operations.
