ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Provide supervision and implementation of the operations and maintenance employees spanning three shifts.
Must be able to delegate preventive maintenance and work requests to employees and ensure workload is completed in a timeframes established under the contract.
Attend meetings with the government representatives and employees.
Makes recommendations for equipment repair or replacement.
Maintains equipment at optimal operation and equipment rooms that are clean and orderly.
Review repair and maintenance parts and materials for accuracy.
Provide professional written communications including: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Requests For Proposals (RFP's) and Scopes of Work (SOW's), reports and emails.
Assist with quality control of work performed.

Experience with the supervision and implementation of the operations and maintenance employees spanning three shifts.
Flexible to work flex shifts in order ensure all shifts are operating at peak performance.
Able to provide input and assist in writing project documents for projects to be presented to the government for funding purposes.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of DMLSS highly desirable.
