You will lead day-to-day operations, support team performance, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered. You'll act as a bridge between leadership and frontline teams-driving accountability, engagement, and results.

Leadership Requirements
Proven leadership experience in hospitality or related industry
Ability to drive performance, accountability, and team engagement
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Experience managing operations, budgets, or departmental goals
Demonstrated ability to lead through change and innovation
Technical / Role-Specific Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or in a similar role within the hospitality or facilities management sector
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and relevant maintenance practices
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments and external vendors
• Technical proficiency in CMMS and/ or other maintenance management software
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols pertinent to building management
• Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support hotel operations
• A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
