Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in hotel engineering management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and building codes
• Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate the engineering team
• Understanding of OSHA and local safety regulations compliance
• Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in emergency situations

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the hotel's systems including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical.
• Lead and manage daily engineering operations and team activities.
• Direct routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance for reliable operations.
• Assist in managing preventive maintenance records.
• Support compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Contribute to capital projects and equipment replacement planning.
• Respond promptly to emergencies ensuring safety and efficiency.
