Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Proven experience managing complex engineering projects and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CAD software and project management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities
