CACI’s searching for a Chief Architect/Technologist. This innovative and high-energy technology leader will provide strategic planning, implementation, and support services in the following areas: Enterprise applications (including SAP, Salesforce, Service Now), Web services (including Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft O365), Data services (including database administration, business intelligence, and data analysis, and geographic information systems [GIS]), Business analysis/business systems analysis [BA/BSA], and product management).

What You’ll Get to Do:
The selected candidate will:
•Devise strategies, sell and deliver value solutions, as well as possess clear understanding of client’s business vision, strategy, goals, and objectives
• Engage with clients to understand their challenge(s) and help design viable, value-added solutions and processes resulting in measurable business benefit
• Link the client's mission strategy to their IT strategy, documenting and devising both programs and projects demonstrating how the current and future needs of the organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, and adaptable manner
• Create, maintain and own architecture roadmaps defining current state and target state architectures.  Work with delivery teams on the development and sustainable execution of transition plans
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns and technology reference models.  Govern adoption, compliance and/or exception approvals
• Maintain a technology roadmap that managers technical debt, plans and tracks modernization and end of life migrations to influence prioritization and investment decisions
• Evaluate the applicability of leading-edge technologies and harness this information to significantly influence future IT and business growth strategy
• Champion and enforce sound engineering practices across delivery teams including DevSecOps, CI/CD infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, code quality and security-by-design
• Provide a deep understanding of business capabilities and functions, processes, as well as data and related topics across the client organization
• Demonstrate authoritative knowledge and its implications for both the agency and industry as a whole
• Work with senior engineers and architects to identify, evaluate and pilot emerging technologies with focus on AI/ML, Gen and Agentics AI
• Translate client's business issues/opportunities into business requirements, identifying both technical and process solutions
• Help select best suited teams to deliver on the proposed solution vision. Drive implementation of chosen solutions through established project/project management principles/best practices. Support on-contract growth opportunities, while tracking business obstacles and objectives
• Develop and deliver presentations addressing prospect's business problems, objectives, and requirements, typically using in-depth or experiential knowledge
• Research to stay ahead in area of expertise - including understanding the current and future market, product, and competitor landscape; Support the proposal development process, responding to RFI's and RFP's
• Respond (or coordinate response) to technical questions about the process or related architecture
• Passion and experience applying emerging technologies to identify and address modern business challenges
• Understanding of modern business models and technology strategies
• Experience leading and managing technology-based consulting engagements and complex problems
