Join Our Laredo, Texas Team as a Chief Anesthesiologist - A Role Designed for You

Local Team Collaboration:
  • Join our close-knit team of 4 physicians and 10 CRNAs at Laredo Medical Center.
  • The facility runs seven points of service per day in addition to two OB suites.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified/eligible in anesthesia.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:
  • 26 weeks a year (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off).
  • Mon-Fri 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Nights + weekends: backup pager call.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver anesthetic care as part of a collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs.
  • Provide support for Level III trauma center cases.
  • Cover a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, GI/endoscopy, ENT, robotics, orthopedics, minor vascular, neurology, urology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases.

Rewards and Compensation:
  • Base yearly salary: $525,000.
  • Chief stipend: $50,000.
  • Strong commencement bonus offered.
