🫀Key Responsibilities- Provide technical, clinical, and product support during EP procedures and oversee successful deployment and integration of Volta's technologies in clinical settings
- Serve as an on-site expert in the EP lab, offering real-time guidance to physicians and staff on the use of company products
- Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to support pre- and post-sales activities including product evaluations, troubleshooting, and in-servicing
- Deliver ongoing clinical training and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal use of Volta's technology and promoting clinical excellence
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system, including account activity and procedural data
- Share customer-related insights to product-development and marketing teams based on field experience and physician input
🫀Profile- Bachelor's degree in the field of science/engineering (biomedical preferred) or related field or equivalent experience in cardiac electrophysiology
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant medical device clinical support experience is preferred
- Previous cardiac electrophysiology mapping experience is preferred but not required
- In-depth knowledge of cardiac diseases, treatments, and how cardiac mapping technology fits into the clinical workflow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical and clinical requirements
- Familiarity with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare settings
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively support multiple accounts

🫀 Additional Information- This is a remote role based in Chicago with frequent business travel (about 60%) with possible international travel
- Employee must frequently remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time, be able to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs, and be able to operate a computer
$100,000 - $117,000 a year
$100K-$117K base + 35% bonus (OTE: $135K-$158K)
