🫀Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, clinical, and product support during EP procedures and oversee successful deployment and integration of Volta's technologies in clinical settings
  • Serve as an on-site expert in the EP lab, offering real-time guidance to physicians and staff on the use of company products
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to support pre- and post-sales activities including product evaluations, troubleshooting, and in-servicing
  • Deliver ongoing clinical training and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal use of Volta's technology and promoting clinical excellence
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system, including account activity and procedural data
  • Share customer-related insights to product-development and marketing teams based on field experience and physician input

🫀 Additional Information

  • This is a remote role based in Chicago with frequent business travel (about 60%) with possible international travel
  • Employee must frequently remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time, be able to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs, and be able to operate a computer


$100,000 - $117,000 a year

$100K-$117K base + 35% bonus (OTE: $135K-$158K)
