ChemTreat is seeking aChemical Product Manager to own the strategy, performance and lifecycle of assigned chemical product lines. This role sits at the center of the business, partnering closely with Product Champions, Sales, R&D, Technical Staff, Operations, Procurement, Inventory, Regulatory and Finance to solve challenges, support the commercial team and drive portfolio performance.

What You Will Do
Own assigned chemical product lines, including strategy, performance, setup, optimization and obsolescence decisions.
Serve as the hub between commercial, technical and operational teams, translating business needs into practical product actions.
Partner closely with technical Product Champions to manage product-line strategy, product performance, raw-material challenges and customer-driven needs.
Balance day-to-day issue resolution with longer-term portfolio priorities, adjusting quickly as business needs change.
Manage portfolio economics, pricing, profitability, product rationalization and lifecycle activities in partnership with key stakeholders.
Partner with Product Champions, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory and Operations to execute product strategies.
Support product positioning, launch strategies, market initiatives and sales-enablement materials.
Ensure product compliance and support product stewardship and regulatory reviews.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related technical discipline; a chemistry or other technical degree is strongly preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience in product management, R&D, technical service, operations, lab, analytical chemistry or a related technical/commercial role within the chemical, industrial, specialty chemical, water-treatment, paper, packaging or adjacent process-industry environment.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate effectively across technical, commercial and operational audiences.
Ability to manage shifting priorities, solve urgent issues and work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Interest in growing into the business side of product management while leveraging a strong technical foundation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in chemical, industrial, specialty chemical, water-treatment, paper, packaging or similar technical environments.
Experience working with commercial teams, technical stakeholders, operations or product-line owners to solve customer or business problems.
Background in R&D, analytical chemistry, technical service, lab operations or process-focused technical roles with exposure to business priorities.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year.
