Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience of 6+ years in managing chemical plant operations.
  • Deep knowledge of process safety, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

The annual base salary range for this position is $179,898- $224,579. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This position is incentive eligible.
