Vos principales responsabilités :

Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne se limitent pas qu'à:
  • En collaboration avec les équipes de la marque respective, définir les services du programme, y compris, mais pas exclusivement, la stratégie d'aide financière et de quote-part, les activités cliniques, administratives et éducatives.
  • Soutenir/gérer la mise en œuvre réussie de tout nouveau service lancé/administré ou chez des fournisseurs tiers, y compris la planification, la conception, la gestion, la construction et le lancement, et assurer une dotation adéquate en personnel pour le soutien opérationnel.
  • Déterminer, sélectionner et gérer les partenaires tiers pour l'administration et les opérations.
  • Définir les normes de qualité et les indicateurs de rendement clés pour les programmes afin de maximiser leur succès et assurer la surveillance de ces fournisseurs.
  • Responsable de la gestion continue du budget des programmes.
  • Veiller à ce que la conduite des programmes soit effectuée conformément aux lignes directrices ou aux procédures internes, globales, provinciales et fédérales canadiennes.


Ce que vous apporterez au rôle :

Exigences essentielles:
  • Diplôme universitaire en soins de santé (pharmacien, infirmière) ou en administration des affaires.
  • 7 à 12 ans d'expérience dans les programmes de soutien aux patients ou un domaine semblable (y compris la distribution et les activités en pharmacie spécialisée, la coordination des soins aux patients, les flux de travail opérationnels et la connaissance des soins gérés).
  • Compréhension de l'environnement d'accès au marché canadien.
  • Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en gestion indirecte d'une équipe.
  • 5-7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets.
  • Expérience en gestion de budget.
  • Bonne maîtrise de la Suite MS Office.
  • La maîtrise du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit est obligatoire. En vertu de la nature de nos opérations, une maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, est requise pour des communications régulières avec les clients, les partenaires et/ou les collègues, que ce soit au Canada ou à l'international.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • In collaboration with the respective brand teams, define program services, including but not limited to financial assistance and copay strategies, as well as clinical, administrative, and educational activities;
  • Support/lead the successful implementation of any new services launched/administered internally or through third-party providers, including planning, design, management, build, and launch, and ensure adequate staffing for operational support;
  • Identify, select, and manage third-party partners for program administration and operations;
  • Define quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs to maximize their success and ensure oversight of these vendors;
  • Responsible for ongoing program budget management;
  • Ensure programs are conducted in accordance with internal, global, provincial, and Canadian federal guidelines and procedures.


What you'll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:
  • University degree in healthcare (pharmacist, nurse) or business administration;
  • 7 to 12 years of experience in patient support programs or a similar field (including distribution and specialty pharmacy activities, patient care coordination, operational workflows, and knowledge of managed care);
  • Understanding of the Canadian market access environment;
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in indirect team management;
  • 5-7 years of project management experience;
  • Experience in budget management;
  • Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite;
  • Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
