Joignez-vous à une équipe où votre leadership contribuera directement à la performance du secteur Entretien. Dans ce rôle de gestion, vous aurez l’occasion de mobiliser et développer votre équipe, d’assurer une gestion efficace des ressources et de contribuer à un environnement de travail sécuritaire, performant et collaboratif.

Relevant du directeur Entretien, vous êtes responsable des équipes de gestion des entrepreneurs et du magasin. Vous veillez à la disponibilité des ressources nécessaires pour soutenir les opérations de maintenance de l’usine, tout en assurant une gestion efficace du secteur et en contribuant à l’atteinte des objectifs d’entretien.


Les principales responsabilités du poste comprennent :


  • Superviser les activités des équipes de gestion des entrepreneurs et du magasin et assurer l’application des normes de gestion des entrepreneurs et du matériel;
  • Gérer les ressources humaines, matérielles et financières du secteur;
  • Mobiliser, accompagner et développer les membres de votre équipe afin de soutenir leur performance;
  • Veiller au respect des normes et exigences en santé et sécurité et favoriser un environnement de travail sécuritaire;
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et contribuer à l’amélioration continue ainsi qu’à l’optimisation des coûts et des processus;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Maintenance, Approvisionnement, Finances et Opérations, tout en agissant comme agent de changement pour soutenir l’atteinte des objectifs du secteur.

Ce que vous apportez au rôle:



  • Baccalauréat, DEC, AEC, DEP ou toute autre formation jugée pertinente, toute combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente sera considérée;
  • Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience en supervision, coordination ou gestion de projets en milieu industriel;
  • Expérience en gestion d’équipe et capacité à mobiliser, accompagner et développer les talents;
  • Leadership en santé et sécurité et capacité à promouvoir le respect des normes et pratiques de travail sécuritaires;
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et de collaboration, avec une bonne capacité à planifier, organiser et gérer les priorités;
  • Autonomie, initiative et orientation vers les résultats.
  • Connaissance de l'anglais est requise en raison de la nature des interactions avec les intervenants portuaires et corporatifs ne maîtrisant pas le français;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes de gestion de la maintenance constituent des atouts.
