Relevant du Chef principal, Aménagement et partenaires d'affaires, le ou la Chef de projets principal - Aménagement et affichage est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la livraison de projets complexes d'aménagement, d'affichage et de signalisation pour les réseaux Proxim et Uniprix. À titre de point de contact principal pour les projets sous sa responsabilité, il ou elle assure l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires, le respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des standards de qualité. Le titulaire agit à titre d'expert en gestion de projets, influence les décisions nécessaires au succès des projets, formule des recommandations à la direction et coordonne les intervenants internes et externes impliqués dans leur réalisation.
Le rôle couvre l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets, de la planification initiale jusqu'à l'implantation finale. Il exige un haut niveau d'autonomie, de jugement et de leadership afin de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement où les priorités et les besoins d'affaires évoluent rapidement.
• Diriger simultanément plusieurs projets d'aménagement, d'affichage et de signalisation complexes impliquant de multiples parties prenantes internes et externes.
• Définir la portée, les objectifs, les livrables, les échéanciers et les budgets des projets sous sa responsabilité.
• Élaborer et maintenir les plans de projet, incluant les risques, dépendances, ressources, budgets et indicateurs de suivi.
• Coordonner les intervenants internes, propriétaires, fournisseurs, consultants et partenaires afin d'assurer l'atteinte des résultats attendus.
• Assurer la gouvernance des projets, communiquer les risques, enjeux et recommandations et influencer les décisions requises pour assurer leur succès.
• Superviser les activités liées à l'aménagement, l'affichage et la signalisation en assurant le respect des standards de bannière, des normes applicables et des attentes des parties prenantes.
• Identifier de façon proactive les obstacles et développer des solutions permettant d'atteindre les objectifs d'affaires et les échéanciers établis.
• Présenter l'avancement des projets, les enjeux et les recommandations aux parties prenantes et aux gestionnaires concernés.
• Agir à titre d'expert en gestion de projets d'aménagement et d'affichage et recommander les priorités, stratégies de déploiement et plans de mitigation requis.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus, méthodes de travail, outils de suivi
• Assurer le suivi financier des projets et recommander les ajustements nécessaires afin de maintenir les objectifs de coûts et de qualité.
• Mener plusieurs initiatives de grande envergure simultanément avec un haut degré d'autonomie.

Exigences du poste
• Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
• Plus de 7 années d'expérience pertinente en gestion de projets d'aménagement, de construction, de commerce de détail ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de projets complexes impliquant plusieurs intervenants et fournisseurs.
• Expérience en commerce de détail ou en environnement multi-sites, un atout.
• Excellentes habiletés de communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
• Solides compétences en influence, résolution de problèmes et gestion des priorités.
• Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement interfonctionnel sans autorité hiérarchique directe.
• Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft 365 et des outils de gestion de projet
• Fait preuve d'un jugement supérieur dans un environnement nécessitant autonomie, priorisation et prise de décision.
