About the role

In this role, you will drive the growth of our Customs House Brokerage (CHB) business by securing new customers and positioning Maersk as a trusted brokerage partner. You will work closely with Sales, Solutions, and Operations teams to expand the pipeline, develop tailored proposals, and lead seamless customer onboarding. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role that blends business development, sales enablement, and customs brokerage expertise, with direct impact on revenue growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in customer discussions, presentations, and solution design
  • Manage customer interactions and support ongoing commercial engagement activities
  • Lead post-award implementation, ensuring onboarding readiness including systems, documentation, and coordination
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and updates within Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Support sales enablement activities including client setup, credit applications, and revenue activation.

Job Details:

Job type: Full-time

Location: Charlotte, NC, Florham Park, NJ or Gardena, CA (Onsite - 5 days per week)

Travel expectations: Travel as required for client engagement.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000*

*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
