Job responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders to align workforce agility priorities with Home Lending's long-term strategy and financial objectives.

  • Lead workforce impact assessments to identify role, capacity, skill, organizational, and leadership implications associated with transformation initiatives.

  • Partner with HR, Employee Readiness, Communications, and business teams to coordinate workforce readiness strategies that enable successful adoption of future-state operating models.

  • Own the Strategic Initiatives PMO portfolio across Home Lending, providing a centralized hub for program oversight, coordination, and support.

  • Establish and maintain an integrated view across strategic initiatives, including plans, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and risks, using consistent program management methodologies.
