Charge RN
Full-Time | $45-$48 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
Location: Atlanta, GA 30328

Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Charge Nurse (RN) to help lead daily clinical operations while providing direct patient care throughout the surgical experience. This role works closely with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams to promote efficient workflows, maintain high clinical standards, and support outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Assist with daily staffing coordination and clinical workflow management.
  • Function as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing and support staff.
  • Promote compliance with established clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Support quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Supervise support personnel and monitor adherence to facility standards.
  • Complete patient assessments, evaluate treatment responses, document clinical findings, and communicate patient status changes to the healthcare team.
  • Provide nursing care and support during pre-operative, procedural, and recovery phases.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and continuing education activities.
  • Maintain ethical standards and evidence-based nursing practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
