Responsibilities

As a Charge Nurse at Community Health System, you oversee daily clinical operations and support your care team to ensure safe, high quality patient care. You serve as the main liaison for your assigned area, working with physicians, staff,patientsand families.Youllcoordinate patient flow, guidestaffassignmentsand take responsibility for patient safety,qualityand regulatory activities across the unit.
