Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Administration or equivalent experience required.
• Three years of Charge Master experience required; multi-facilities experience preferred.
• Two years of healthcare supervisory or leadership experience required.
• One year of coding or auditing experience required.
• CPC, CCS, or CCS-P certification preferred.
• Preferred experience/training in billing functions, Regional Business Office functions, and coding compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee chargeable items and services for hospital and clinic patients.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state billing rules and regulations.
• Manage all lines of business across service locations.
• Guide a team in developing effective solutions to complex problems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and multidisciplinary projects.
