Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche 1 ingnieur - Charg de projets amnagements, infrastructures et btiments pour rejoindre notre quipe Installations base9e Mirabel (Qubec, Canada), o vous aurez rencontrer diffrents clients internes (dpartement de la maintenance, mthode, logistique, transport et autres) afin de comprendre et identifier leurs besoins.

Vous ferez partie de l'quipe Gnie Usine charge9e d'effectuer des amnagements/ramnagements d'usine ainsi que d'effectuer des modifications ou ajouts aux diffrents btiments et infrastructures.

L'organisation de l'quipe est tablie de manire promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manire autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rle en tant que Charg de Projets sera de prendre en charge la planification de projets et la ralisation de ceux-ci, ceci l'intrieur des cots, dlais et qualit identifis.

• Dfinir le budget et l'chancier ;

• Analyser les soumissions ;

• Participer l'adjudication des contrats ;

• Assurer le suivi des projets et effectuer les ajustements requis pour respecter les diffrents jalons ;

• Livrer les projets en respectant les dlais, le budget et les standards de qualit tablis.

Votre profil:

• Vous possdez un Baccalaurat en Gnie Mcanique, lectrique ou en Gnie de la construction dans une universit reconnue;

• Vous tes Membre de l'Ordre des Ingnieurs du Qubec (OIQ) (un atout);

• Vous avez 5 10 ans d'exprience pertinente en gestion de projets;

• Vous avez d'excellentes comptences d'organisation et de planification;

• Vous avez une matrise du Franais et de l'Anglais tant l'crit qu' l parl;

• Vous avez une trs bonne habilet de communication;

• Vous possdez un bon jugement et vous travaillez bien dans une quipe multidisciplinaire.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for 1 engineer - Project manager for plant improvements, infrastructure, and buildings to join our Facilities team based in Mirabel (Qubec, Canada), where you will meet with various internal clients (maintenance, methods, logistics, transportation, and other departments) in order to understand and identify their needs.

You will be part of the Plant Engineering team responsible for carrying out plant renovations/refurbishments and to make modifications or additions to various buildings and infrastructure.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Project Manager will be to take charge of project planning and implementation, within the specified budget, deadlines, and quality standards.

Your challenges:

• Define the budget and schedule;

• Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) for the procurement of professional services (engineers, architects, etc.) required for the projects;

• Prepare tenders for the selection of contractors required for the projects;

• Analyze bids (or Review submissions);

• Participate in the awarding of contracts;

• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet established milestones;

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your boarding pass:  

• You have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering from a recognized university;

• Member of the Engineers Order of Quebec (OIQ) (asset);

• You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management;

• You have excellent organizational and planning skills;

• You have a command of French and English, both written and spoken;

• You have excellent communication skills;

• You have good judgment and you work well in a multidisciplinary team.
