En tant que gestionnaire de projets en acquisition de capital, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique dans l'évolution des opérations manufacturières de Pratt & Whitney. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez avec des fournisseurs internationaux afin d'identifier et de déployer les solutions de fabrication les mieux adaptées aux besoins de nos installations. Vous serez responsable de l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets, de l'analyse du marché et de la sélection des équipements jusqu'aux test d'acceptation en usine et sur site, en passant par la livraison, l'installation et la mise en production.

Le poste est à temps plein, selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Prendre en charge des projets d'investissements en capital sur l'ensemble de leur cycle de vie, jusqu'à leur déploiement en production
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires (ingénierie, opérations, maintenance, EHS, approvisionnement) ainsi qu'avec des fournisseurs externes
  • Analyser le marché et recommander les solutions d'équipements les mieux adaptées aux besoins manufacturiers
  • Planifier et contrôler les échéanciers, les budgets et les livrables afin d'assurer la réalisation des projets selon les objectifs établis
  • Mobiliser et coordonner des parties prenantes à l'échelle internationale
  • Superviser les phases de livraison, d'installation et de mise en service des équipements
  • Assurer la conformité des solutions aux exigences opérationnelles, réglementaires et en matière de santé et sécurité
  • Gérer de façon proactive les risques et les enjeux tout au long du cycle de vie des projets
  • Suivre l'avancement des travaux et communiquer efficacement l'état des projets aux parties prenantes
  • Participer aux tests d'acceptation en usine (FAT) et sur site (SAT)
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe EHS afin d'intégrer les meilleures pratiques en environnement, santé et sécurité
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des procédés et à l'introduction de nouvelles technologies


Ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir
  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets
  • Expérience en milieu manufacturier
  • Excellentes aptitudes en planification stratégique et en leadership
  • Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de projets d'envergure, incluant des initiatives de développement technologique
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et aptitude à influencer
  • Capacité à évoluer efficacement dans un environnement dynamique aux échéanciers serrés
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements internationaux occasionnels
  • Autonomie, sens de l'initiative et créativité

Job title: Project Manager - Capital Acquisition & Manufacturing Technology

Why join the Capital Acquisition team?

As a Capital Acquisition Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Pratt & Whitney's manufacturing operations. In this role, you will collaborate with global suppliers to identify and implement optimal manufacturing solutions across our facilities. You will manage the full project lifecycle-from market analysis and equipment selection to factory acceptance, site acceptance, delivery, installation, and entry into production.

The position is full-time, with flexible hours in Longueuil, and is exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Lead end-to-end capital acquisition projects, from initial concept through to production readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, EHS, procurement, and external suppliers
  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate equipment to identify optimal manufacturing solutions
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders to align project objectives and priorities
  • Oversee equipment delivery, installation, and commissioning activities
  • Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with operational requirements, safety and regulatory requirements
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle
  • Track project milestones and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Support factory and site acceptance testing to ensure performance, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Work closely with the EHS team to ensure all projects meet environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards

What do you need to be successful?
