Nextiva is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Consultant to serve as a strategic technical advisor to our most valued partners. This individual will play a pivotal role in partner onboarding and ongoing enablement efforts to increase partner confidence, knowledge, and sales velocity in order to drive mutual success. Blending deep technical knowledge with a consultative approach, this role supports and enables our Channel Sales teams to position and deliver best-in-class customer communication and experience solutions.

This role is designed for professionals who are equally comfortable leading technical discovery, designing complex cloud-based solutions, and building trusted relationships across partner ecosystems. A strong understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, and SaaS technologies is essential, along with a proven ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Channel Sales leadership to support high-impact sales opportunities by conducting technical discovery, leading solution design, and delivering compelling demonstrations
  • Act as the primary technical resource for a portfolio of strategic partners, enabling them through training, solutioning, and access to Nextiva's technical expertise
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions by leveraging deep knowledge of Nextiva's platform and product roadmap
  • Support the creation of proposals, responses to RFPs, and technical documentation, ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client expectations
  • Participate in partner onboarding and ongoing enablement efforts to increase partner confidence, knowledge, and sales velocity
  • Provide feedback to internal Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams to ensure our offerings remain competitive and responsive to market demand
  • Represent the technical voice of the partner in cross-functional engagements, helping shape sales strategy and partner experience delivery

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role within UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, or cloud communications
  • 2+ years working in or alongside channel ecosystems (VARs, MSPs, agents, or master agents), with demonstrated success in co-selling or partner enablement
  • Demonstrated expertise in networking fundamentals, cloud technologies, SIP, QoS, and contact center architecture
  • Proven ability to translate technical solutions into business value for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time

Our compensation packages are tailored to each role and candidate's qualifications. We consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, training, and certifications, when determining compensation. We aim to offer competitive salaries or wages that reflect the value you bring to our team. Depending on the position, compensation may include base salary and/or hourly wages, incentives, or bonuses.

The expected hiring range is $96,000-$240,000 including annualized base salary and annualized target sales incentive. Some sales roles are paid hourly with overtime eligibility. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate, resulting in a different hiring range.
