Change Management Specialist W/MPermanent position | Full-Time | Montreal (QC)

What will your rolebe?
In this project, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Mobilization and support:
    Establish and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels of management.
    Maximize organizational mobilization and the adoption of new solutions, processes to meet the expected business results.
    Support leaders and senior managers in their role as promoters of change.
    Provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors at all levels so that they can support their direct reports during transitions.
    Evaluate the organizational and human risks associated with the deployment of complex solutions and develop mitigation plans with the promoters and the main leaders of the company.
  • Creation of strategic change management plans:
    Develop iterative change management strategies and plans that promote leadership accountability.
    Take advantage of co-creation as the preferred approach to identify the main effects and stakeholders associated with change. The strategies and plans include activities based on five axes of change management interventions, namely communication, mobilization and supervision, training, and evaluation.
  • Execution of change management strategy and plan:
    Lead the implementation of activities and the creation of deliverables in accordance with the plan and schedule previously established.
    Manage the overall change management plan and provide regular progress as part of project governance.
  • Evolution of change and transformation method:
    Contribute to the evolution of change and the transformation method by integrating industry best practices and lessons learned.
    Ensures that the issues and key success factors are well identified and makes recommendations in terms of change management
    The incumbent should have skills and an interest in both practical contribution and strategic thinking.


What qualifications are we looking for?
You have:
  • More than five years in change management;
  • Experience in complex digital transformation in a global environment;
  • Experience with Agile methodology;
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills in French and English;
  • Ability to influence and interact with senior management;
  • Ability to act as a coach and change agent in an autonomous role as well as in a team;
  • Execution leadership, listening and showing agility.

Assets:
  • PROSCI change management certification;
  • Training in project management;
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
