Full Job Description
The Project Analyst will support Capital Partners' Change Management team by helping deliver business and technology initiatives that improve workflows, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience. This role blends business analysis and project coordination, working closely with business partners, technology teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to move projects from planning through implementation.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable translating business needs into practical solutions. They will gather requirements, analyze data, support testing, maintain project documentation, coordinate meetings, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.

Private wealth management and/or investment management experience is preferred. Familiarity with FIS AddVantage, SEI Wealth Platform, Blackbaud Grant Management, and/or Charles River Development is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from users, sponsors, and project stakeholders.
  • Support project planning, scoping, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch activities.
  • Evaluate workflows and systems to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, maintain project documentation, and track project tasks and deliverables.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect resolution, and pilot or parallel testing as needed.
  • Analyze data, identify trends or exceptions, and present findings clearly to varied audiences.
  • Partner with business teams, Technology, Processing, vendors, and internal clients to resolve issues and support successful product or project rollouts.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and project status changes, and recommend practical solutions.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of transferable professional experience; financial services experience preferred.
  • Experience as a business analyst, project analyst, functional product owner, or similar role preferred.
  • Experience with Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or qTest is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and data-gathering skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and support occasional off-hours project deployments when needed.


This role can be based in our New York, Philadelphia or Boston locations and will be a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days in office.

Salary Range

NYC: $70k-$95k base salary + annual bonus target

PHL: $75k-$85k base salary + annual bonus target

BOS: $65k-$90k base salary + annual bonus target
