Full Job Description
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating complex business transformation initiatives into structured, sequenced, and measurable change programs that directly accelerate advisor productivity and client outcomes. As a Change Management Lead within Citi's Sales Enablement team, you will serve as the central authority for coordinating all field-facing change communications across the North American Citigold and Citigold Private Client business, ensuring advisors can absorb and act on change without disruption to performance. If you are a strategic thinker with deep change management expertise and a track record of delivering measurable impact in financial services, this is an opportunity to shape how change lands across one of the world's leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operations of the Change Management Council, including facilitating meetings, managing agendas, and documenting decisions to ensure smooth execution across all change initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage a centralized change calendar that coordinates all field-facing changes across platform, process, policy, and campaign types
  • Design and execute end-to-end change strategies for major business transformations, from stakeholder readiness assessments to adoption tracking and post-launch feedback and results.
  • Assess cumulative change impact and advisor capacity across the portfolio, providing prioritization and sequencing recommendations to senior stakeholders preventing advisor overload through disciplined sequencing.
  • Define, communicate, and enforce approval processes and communication requirements for all Initiatives shared with colleagues, acting as the gatekeeper for coordinated delivery.
  • Develop tailored communication plans and role-based enablement programs, including training materials and playbooks, that drive advisor readiness and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Track change effectiveness and adoption metrics across the full change portfolio, producing dashboards and analytics that inform continuous improvement and executive decision-making.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites by designing web pages, managing content, and ensuring information remains current, organized, and accessible to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Coordinate team workflows, initiative tracking, and collaborative reporting by leveraging Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Lists, and Planner to keep cross-functional programs running efficiently.
  • Produce executive-ready presentation materials that translate complex data and strategic insights into clear, visually impactful narratives for senior leadership audiences.

Qualifications:
  • Six to ten years of experience in financial services, with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex change and strategy initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Change management or strategy consulting background, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and lead initiatives end-to-end-from ideation and business case development through execution, adoption, and measurable benefits realization.
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative capability, including working knowledge of financial modelling and the ability to interpret financial statements to inform business decisions.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior executives and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
  • Collaborative approach to working across organizational boundaries, with the leadership presence to earn the confidence of senior leaders and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Lists, and Planner, using these tools to manage content, track initiatives, and produce high-quality executive communications.
  • Direct experience designing and delivering field enablement or advisor productivity programs within a wealth management or retail banking environment.
  • Familiarity with change management governance frameworks, including change advisory board operations and structured communication approval processes.
  • Experience building adoption dashboards and usage analytics to measure the effectiveness of field-facing change across large, distributed populations.


Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree. Preferrable, Master's degree in business, finance, or related discipline.
