Change Management Consultant to join our People and Culture team.

Location: Hybrid - Interested candidates must have the flexibility to work from one of our offices in Calgary, Edmonton, or Red Deer on average 4 times per month.

The Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) resides in our People & Culture division and supports people readiness through organizational changes. The change management consultant is accountable for supporting the elevation of change maturity at Servus. Set by and under the direction of the Manager, Enterprise Change Management, this position will play a significant role in the development and delivery of change management training, creation of change management reporting and dashboards and executing change management services on small to mid-size projects and initiatives.

What You'll be Doing:

Contributing to the evolution of the ECMO practice by supporting ECMO leadership in:

  • Project intake processes
  • Designing, developing, coordinating, and delivering change management training programs
  • Developing, maintaining, and administering change management reports, dashboards and heatmaps for senior leaders
  • The development of Servus's standard change management delivery approach, including methodologies, processes, and tools to apply on projects
  • Soliciting feedback from around the organization and developing action plans based on feedback received
  • Managing change management content on the Servus intranet webpages


Leveraging the Servus ECMO change methodology to execute change management services on small to mid size projects as assigned:

  • Work closely with people readiness partners, project leaders and senior leaders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Coordinate, design, develop and implement project deliverables, including change risk and impact assessments, change plans and tactical plans for implementation
  • Create and execute on sponsor engagement plans, including coaching leaders in sponsoring the change
  • Assist and/or lead meetings with leaders, impacted stakeholders and project teams as required
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on information/data collected at various points throughout the project


Developing strong relationships with senior leaders. This role will also have close working relationships with various business leaders across all departments from the manager level up. Occasionally, as part of project deliverables, this role may be required to communicate, present or facilitate defined activities with ELT and SLT members.

What you Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Behaviour and/or Organizational Development is preferred
  • 3-5 years experience and knowledge of change management,human resources, or project management principles and methodologies
  • Experience with change management tools such as ADKAR and Prosci certification is an asset
  • Change management designation is an asset
  • Experience working effectively at all levels in the organization, from front-line staff to senior leadership.
  • Experience creating and executing tactical components of change management plans
  • Experience in creating dashboards and reports for senior leaders
  • The ability to leverage and create dashboards in Power BI will be considered a strong asset
  • Ability to determine scope, conduct baseline analysis, compile findings and make recommendations to address business needs
