Full Job Description
As a Change Integration Advisor, you will contribute to change management as a member of our Broker Insurance Solutions Development team. The team supports the creation, implementation, and development of Desjardins Insurance's brokerage arm for commercial insurance. Our goal is to better support our business members and clients, by offering enhanced coverage for businesses. You will play a key role in the change integration of projects and initiatives that help us achieve our ambition to become the 5th largest commercial property and casualty insurer in Canada by 2030! You make change accessible to teams and stakeholders, enabling people to move positively through organizational change to achieve preferred outcomes. You will orchestrate change integration by analyzing impacts to the organization and making recommendations to mitigate their impacts and optimize value creation. In addition to supporting various sponsors and managers, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that will implement change initiatives. Interpersonal savvy, communication, and the ability to balance the interests of multiple parties are essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
  • Develop change management strategies and plans for the Broker Insurance property and casualty insurance sector, in collaboration with project teams and affected stakeholders
  • Ensure the implementation and success of these strategies and plans
  • Participate in and/or establishing the necessary collaboration mechanisms with other departments
  • Deliver all required outputs in close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Write communication content when needed
  • Evaluate the results of strategies and actions, the benefits and service quality, and adjusting the intervention plan as needed

What you bring to the table
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six of relevant experience in complex change management initiatives
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Advanced experience in positive collaboration with various partners and leaders
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Advanced knowledge with producing high-quality deliverables, primarily in PowerPoint
