As a Change Control Analyst, your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and resistance management.
- Reviewing and evaluating change requests
- Collaborating on time impact analyses for change requests, approvals
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met throughout change process
- Aiding in preparation of detailed change orders, detailing the change, associated costs, revised schedule, and necessary approvals
- Change control record maintenance, ensuring all submittals, modifications, etc., are tracked and recorded accurately throughout the project lifecycle
- Support change management plans and strategies to aid in successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies
- Partner with project teams and project controls to ensure change management considerations are integrated into project plans and activities

What it takes:- 2+ years technical documentation evaluation experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to critically evaluate technical documents' functional specifications to ensure they are delivered to the required standards
- Experience in position with high attention to detail is crucial
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
