What You Bring- Senior financial leadership experience in a project-based professional services or related environment.
- A record of serving as a strategic partner to a CEO, executive team, and Board, with the confidence to challenge constructively and the humility to collaborate.
- Depth in planning, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, controls, and team leadership within a multi-office or distributed organization.
- Acquisition and employee-ownership experience are highly valuable, along with a practical style that builds trust before change.
