Qualifications

• 5-7 years of senior finance leadership role in a PE-backed organization
• Experience with managing $500M+ revenue operations
• Background with service-based roll-ups or acquisitive platforms
• Strong operational finance understanding and business partnership skills
• Experience in Construction Services, HVAC, Mechanical Services, or Field Services is a plus
• Mastery of Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership in M&A integration

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic financial partner to the CEO, Board, and private equity sponsors
• Lead finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, and reporting functions
• Oversee financial due diligence, integration, and modeling for acquisitions
• Prepare the company for future transactions with investor-grade reporting
• Direct forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, including cash flow and multi-year models
• Manage POC accounting and monitor project margin variance
• Enhance operational dashboards and performance analytics
