Job Summary At this time, only current PSEG employees are being considered. Provides Governance, Oversight and Support of the Salem and Hope Creek site Maintenance, Work Management and Projects departments ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient activities consistent with Nuclear Corporate and Station Goals. As Manager responsible for supporting site Maintenance, Work Management and Projects, establishing and reinforcing standards and expectations for Nuclear personnel and other interfacing personnel to ensuring an error free and professional work environment.
Job Responsibilities- Provides governance through the development of standards, programs, processes and best practices within maintenance, work management and projects.
- Coordinates internal and external resources required to support Nuclear site. Manages the resources assigned to maintenance, work control and project functions. Develops and manages contract strategy for all contracts required to support either maintenance or work control functions. Develops and directs support functions and programs for Maintenance, Work Control and Projects.
- Provides oversight of site maintenance and work control functions through routine performance monitoring, audits, self-assessments and focus assessments to Nuclear Requirements. Oversight of work control functions include, input and feedback representing
- Proactively manages external relationships with Regulatory agencies, consultants, utility peers, industry groups and other advisory groups. Responds to formal and informal inquiries for external agencies.
- Develops and directs Nuclear technical support functions and programs for maintenance and work management. Provides basis against which to measure project cost, schedule and quality performance. Reviews operating and financial reports to ensure compliance
- Provides input and feedback representing maintenance, work management and projects' perspective on development and implementation of standardized processes, programs, practices and procedures.
Job Specific Qualifications- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience
- Working knowledge and understanding of Maintenance, Work Management, Outage Management, and/orProjects Programs, processes
- Must meet and maintain nuclear requirements for Unescorted Site Access.
- A valid Real ID or an approved form of alternate documentation (see https://www.pseg.com/IDrequirement) is required for this position by May 7, 2027.
