Pay Range: LMP $35/$36 RN $45/$46

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the home and community.

Work directly with children who may have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, feeding tubes, or other complex medical needs-providing skilled nursing care, support, and comfort that makes a meaningful difference for children and their families.

Job Requirements:

  • Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice
  • Willingness to work in Glen Gardner, Netcong, Oak Ridge, Morristown & Parsippany

What You'll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to children in a safe, in-home setting
  • Monitor the child's health, safety, and overall condition
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
  • Provide seizure monitoring and response, with training available as needed
  • Assist with mobility, positioning, feeding, and other daily care needs
  • Monitor and assist with feeding tubes and other medical equipment as applicable
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and required care records
  • Communicate changes in condition, concerns, and updates with parents, caregivers, and the care team
  • Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
  • Provide comfort, reassurance, and age-appropriate engagement throughout the shift
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the child
