Salary: $76,000 to $93,000 annually based on experience
This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The compensation reflected on this posting, is an estimate of annual compensation.

What You Need to Know - Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
Required Certifications and Licensures:- Valid license, registration, certification or permit to practice in the states of agency operation
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
