Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, supportive team at our Castle Rock clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.
Position Details:- Full-Time: In-Person
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No weekends)
- 4 / 10 hour day shifts (Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday)
Compensation:- $35.00- $50.00 per hour
- $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time
- $2,500 Sign On Bonus for Part-time
What You'll Do:- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0-21) in outpatient and virtual settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
Requirements- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado.
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
