Pay: $87,100-$114,400/year

Requirements- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License
