Full Job Description
Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diemCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Healthcare Team and see patients in the South Bay LA Area. In this role, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will work closely with a supervising Occupational Therapist and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

What You'll Do
  • Provide in-home occupational therapy visits under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement
  • Document visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner
  • Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team

Requirements
  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Active California COTA license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
  • Home Healthcare experience
  • Experience with the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred (not required)
